Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adrianinho Dionísio took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Adrianinho Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamílton Palmeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nildo Secco in the 6th minute of play. If Adrianinho Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Liverpool getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Perivaldo de Amaral hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Felicina's goal looked a bit too open when Nildo Secco came free, but Hamílton Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrianinho Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamílton Palmeira having to interfere. Wellington Negri's late challenge caught a Liverpool's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wellington Negri helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes Felicina got a freekick which was hit by Wellington Negri. 25 minutes into the game, Zé Paulo Peres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Felicina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liverpool the free kick. Tiago Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Nildo Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamílton Palmeira having to interfere. Adrianinho Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Nildo Secco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Wellington Negri recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Haroldo Prado. Wellington Negri showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. If Wellington Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Liverpool's zone, Zé Paulo Peres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Prado came out of the goal and Zé Paulo Peres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wellington Negri to strike the kick off in the second half. Wellington Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nildo Secco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hamílton Palmeira having to make a save. Hamílton Palmeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrianinho Dionísio in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianinho Dionísio in the 68th minute of play forced Felicina's goalkeeper Hamílton Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Adrianinho Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nildo Secco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Hamílton Palmeira made a huge save. In the 84th match minute, Felicina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wellington Negri to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Wellington Negri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute of the match, Adrianinho Dionísio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hamílton Palmeira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 95 minutes into the match, Rodriguinho Pernambucano notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Felicina's Hamílton Palmeira. Hamílton Palmeira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Liverpool players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
