Serafim Viana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Christian Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Marcinho Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of MeninoMeuFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Buerarama SC:s goal. The MeninoMeuFC fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when MeninoMeuFC's Joel Ihintza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Joel Ihintza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the game, Luiz Eduardo Bastos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Serafim Viana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Ihintza in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafim Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. MeninoMeuFC's Luiz Eduardo Bastos got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Serafim Viana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Ihintza's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. If Luiz Eduardo Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Buerarama SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MeninoMeuFC were winning 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Ihintza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Felippe da Rocha hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute of the match César Travassos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcinho Trevisan skillfully saved the ball. MeninoMeuFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Ihintza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joel Ihintza's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Serafim Viana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Joel Ihintza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafim Viana was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Joel Ihintza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 75th of the match, Christian Pereira tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Serafim Viana got in the way and made a wonderful save. Joel Ihintza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Serafim Viana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Ihintza in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafim Viana saved Buerarama SC from getting behind. The supporters of MeninoMeuFC booed when Buerarama SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquinhos de Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafim Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Ihintza in the 81st minute of play. Serafim Viana made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Joel Ihintza sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Buerarama SC's Kauan da Costa got a free kick in the 84th minute. When MeninoMeuFC's Joel Ihintza in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in Buerarama SC's zone, Luiz Eduardo Bastos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafim Viana came out of the goal and Luiz Eduardo Bastos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded MeninoMeuFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Buerarama SC.
