After 32 minutes of play, EC São Gabriel's Jerônimo de Moraes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. César Macedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Cauan Negri fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!!'s protests and gave Cauan Negri a yellow card for diving instead. Cauan Negri hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. EC São Gabriel's Lenílson de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Aguiar in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jerônimo de Moraes was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Jerônimo de Moraes took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for César Macedo to make any attempt to save it. 80 minutes into the match, É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo de Moraes came free, but César Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 minutes, Fellipe Quirino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!! and the EC São Gabriel players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Osmar da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chants of EC São Gabriel echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!! had held the ball for most of the match.
