Dieguinho Linares really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Anhoma's Murilo Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Aguiar in the 28th minute of play. César Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dé Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute, Dieguinho Linares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anhoma's Murilo Zonta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Anhoma from getting a goal against them. Murilo Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

After a defensive mix-up in Anhoma's zone, Victor Aguiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murilo Zonta came out of the goal and Victor Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Murilo Zonta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Victor Aguiar took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murilo Zonta. Murilo Zonta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 61st match minute, Anhoma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amauri Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Fellipe Quirino, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
