Tião Moreno scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of César Macedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!! booed when Ananindeua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ananindeua getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Davi das Neves hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Alexandre Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Nóbrega having to interfere. Toninho Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguinho Linares in the 43rd minute of play. Ananindeua's Toninho Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Ananindeua from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tião Moreno made a kick off. 60 minutes into the game, Reinaldo Ortiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ananindeua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!! the free kick. A collision led to Ananindeua getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Reinaldo Ortiz hit a great ball. If Frederico Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frederico Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Toninho Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toninho Nóbrega stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dieguinho Linares's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. If Frederico Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Neto's late challenge caught a É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Neto helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ananindeua's André Neto got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Toninho Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Souza in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Aguiar in the 94th minute of play forced Ananindeua's goalkeeper Toninho Nóbrega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frederico Souza struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Toninho Nóbrega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!!. If Victor Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Despite being the better team, É pra acabar FC!!!!!!!! failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
