An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luís Dante in the 9th minute of play forced Pirangucu EC's goalkeeper Luizão Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ezequiel Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão Cabral having to interfere. Germano Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Nunes in the 22nd minute of play. Sílvio Luís Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão Cabral having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Nunes made a kick off. Sílvio Luís Dante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Luizão Cabral made a huge save. Sílvio Luís Dante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Luizão Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pirangucu EC's zone, Ezequiel Braga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After a rather tough play, Pirangucu EC's José Maria Goiano got a free kick in the 58th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Ezequiel Braga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chantre United's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Braga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luizão Cabral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 68 minutes into the match, Pirangucu EC's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Braga came free, but Luizão Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pirangucu EC's Luizão Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Pirangucu EC from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, Emanuel Nunes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Germano Mesquita was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If Ezequiel Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Pirangucu EC could leave the field as winners, despite Chantre United having more of the ball for most of the match.
