In the 25th minute, Oscar Gomes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's Tiago Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Nunes in the 29th minute of play. When Juninho Domingues fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pirangucu EC's protests and gave Juninho Domingues a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC DRAGÕES DA REAL booed when Pirangucu EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juninho Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breno Alcântara took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luizão Cabral. Luizão Cabral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 37 minutes, José Maria Goiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pirangucu EC and the FC DRAGÕES DA REAL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, José Maria Goiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Pirangucu EC's Juninho Domingues got a free kick in the 39th minute. Jorginho Valle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Luizão Cabral when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jorginho Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 47 minutes, Jorginho Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorginho Valle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Breno Alcântara to make the kick off. Nelsinho Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiago Corrêa having to make a save. Tiago Corrêa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nelsinho Souza in the 56th minute. Nelsinho Souza struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Tiago Corrêa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pirangucu EC. FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's Oscar Gomes got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pirangucu EC's goalkeeper Luizão Cabral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Breno Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Luizão Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Nelsinho Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiago Corrêa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nelsinho Souza in the 75th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Breno Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's supporters rose to their feet, but Breno Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luizão Cabral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th match minute, Pirangucu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Nunes to maneuver through the defense. Breno Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nelson Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Breno Alcântara made a precise shot to the right of Luizão Cabral. Pirangucu EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorginho Valle in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luizão Cabral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC DRAGÕES DA REAL had won after a very even match.
