Enéas Souza hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Walmir de Medeiros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ★Real Madruga FC★ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ricardo Penha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmir de Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Gernando Palmeira collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. When Fabiano Mineiro fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaxupe's protests and gave Fabiano Mineiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Fabiano Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natã Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Mané das Neves, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alessandro Branco during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramiro Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo de Andrade in the 52nd minute of play. ★Real Madruga FC★'s Ramiro Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomé Mesquita in the 55th minute of play. Juninho Nogueira's late challenge caught a ★Real Madruga FC★'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juninho Nogueira helped the player get up and apologised. Juninho Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Célio Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ricardo Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Penha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. With a little luck, Guaxupe's Ricardo Penha got control of the ball when Célio Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Célio Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Ricardo Penha made a huge save. 91 minutes into the match, Guaxupe's goalkeeper Ricardo Penha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Célio Amorim.
