São Paulo JA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Reynaldo Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurício Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ezequiel Koehler dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Ezequiel Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of São Paulo JA booed when KONOHA SPORT CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cido Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute Rubinho Godoi managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. KONOHA SPORT CLUB were furious when Ernani de Toledo was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in KONOHA SPORT CLUB fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! Alessandro Sabóia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Emerson Paraibano made a huge save. Germano Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. KONOHA SPORT CLUB's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
