In the 3rd minute, Tabuleiro MIX's Ademar Trigo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Enio Abreu. Enio Abreu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Pereira in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enio Abreu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ademar Trigo struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Enio Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabuleiro MIX. When Ciro Prestes came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Mangunca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Prestes couldn't finish the play. Arthur de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruninho Vasconcelos in the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tabuleiro MIX's Ademar Trigo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Arthur de Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruninho Vasconcelos in the 23rd minute of play. Ciro Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur de Lima having to interfere. Bruninho Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Arthur de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mangunca's Bruninho Vasconcelos in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tabuleiro MIX's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tabuleiro MIX's zone, Ciro Prestes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur de Lima came out of the goal and Ciro Prestes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the game, Ciro Prestes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Arthur de Lima was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44thth minute of the game Bruninho Vasconcelos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tabuleiro MIX's Arthur de Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tabuleiro MIX's Armando Pereira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Enio Abreu. That made the score 2-1 after 46 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Arthur de Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 55 minutes, Ciro Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mangunca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Prestes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jean Bertassi hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes Tabuleiro MIX got a freekick which was hit by Tostão Rocha. After having played for 74 minutes, Bruninho Vasconcelos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mangunca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruninho Vasconcelos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th minute, Tostão Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the game, Arthur Pimenta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mangunca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tabuleiro MIX the free kick. A collision led to Mangunca getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Arthur Pimenta hit a great ball. When Ciro Prestes came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Mangunca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Prestes couldn't finish the play. Arthur de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Prestes in the 94th minute of the match. Mangunca's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Tabuleiro MIX had won, even though Mangunca had held more of the ball.
