The supporters of Don Peponi FC booed when Dínamo Kiev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luizão Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dínamo Kiev's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Benjamin Carioca scored to the left of an out of position Wilian Zonta, making the score, 1-0. Eugênio Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Wilian Zonta made a huge save. Dínamo Kiev's Wilian Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Carioca in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Don Peponi FC booed when Dínamo Kiev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percival Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Don Peponi FC's Benjamin Carioca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clóvis de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Clóvis de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto Félix in the 34th minute of the match. Clóvis de Queirós stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adalberto Félix's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Luizão Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Benjamin Carioca was extremely unlucky when he, in the 46th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Wilian Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Novaes in the 47th minute of play.

Benjamin Carioca might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilian Zonta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After having played for 62 minutes, Benjamin Carioca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Don Peponi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Carioca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute Benjamin Carioca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilian Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Don Peponi FC's Eugênio Barros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilian Zonta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Carioca in the 80th minute of play forced Dínamo Kiev's goalkeeper Wilian Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Dínamo Kiev's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Saraiva came free, but Wilian Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Don Peponi FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
