Matías Vieira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafim Antunes went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Imburana booed when VISÃO F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaime Costa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matías Vieira. That made the score 2-1 in the 35 minute of play. Luiz Eduardo Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. VISÃO F.C's João Vítor Mesquita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Eduardo Abraão in the 42nd minute of play. Teodoro Travassos's late challenge caught a VISÃO F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro Travassos helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Imburana getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Teodoro Travassos hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Carlos Eduardo Abraão made the kick off in the second half. João Vítor Mesquita made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Luiz Eduardo Amaral sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Teodoro Travassos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imburana's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Travassos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafim Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 92 minutes into the match, Luiz Eduardo Amaral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Vítor Mesquita. VISÃO F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Eduardo Amaral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
