Gabriel Villazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian França in the 26th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Christian França got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Belomeu FC's Christian França got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gabriel Villazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian França in the 35th minute of play. Christian França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evandro Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mané Barbosa to strike the kick off in the second half. Mané Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murillo Coelho might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Villazan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Murillo Coelho ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Barbosa in the 59th minute of play forced Belomeu FC's goalkeeper Evandro Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hawaii FC's Mathias Galvão shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 65th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evandro Moreira but with some difficulty. Valdemar Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Evandro Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mathias Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evandro Moreira having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Pedrão Trigo in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Belomeu FC's Zeca Trevisan. When Mané Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hawaii FC's protests and gave Mané Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. Mané Barbosa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Gabriel Villazan came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Belomeu FC's Christian França. But to his dismay, Christian França quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Belomeu FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hawaii FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
