Spectators: 7179 (Terracing: 5386, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frédson Messias started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Belomeu FC's Evandro Moreira got control of the ball when Dinei Secco tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Christian França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malas United's Diamantino Paulista shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 12th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evandro Moreira but with some difficulty. Murillo Coelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Caco Custódio notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Belomeu FC's Evandro Moreira. Evandro Moreira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Evandro Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Caco Custódio in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute Baltazar de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evandro Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdomiro Luz came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Belomeu FC's Christian França. But to his dismay, Christian França quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Christian França struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Valdomiro Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belomeu FC. Zeca Trevisan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Valdomiro Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Zeca Trevisan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belomeu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeca Trevisan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian França to strike the kick off in the second half. Caco Custódio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 54 played minutes Belomeu FC got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Trevisan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeca Trevisan got free with Valdomiro Luz in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Malas United booed when Belomeu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian França didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evandro Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caco Custódio in the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Dinei Secco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evandro Moreira. Belomeu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dinei Secco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When Malas United's Frédson Messias in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belomeu FC's goalie prevented a goal. Valdomiro Luz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeca Trevisan in the 68th minute. In the 70th match minute, Belomeu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th match minute, Belomeu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius Vieira to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Belomeu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Messias came free, but Evandro Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, Malas United's Dinei Secco made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evandro Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Belomeu FC's Evandro Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar de Lara in the 95th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Zeca Trevisan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belomeu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeca Trevisan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdomiro Luz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Malas United had won after a very even match.
