In the 7th minute, Victor Meira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itaipu FPRMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Cacá Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Gabriel Leite in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristiano Guimarães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristiano Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Carambei EC's Cristiano Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Gabriel Leite in the 27th minute of play. After 32nd play minutes Tiago Gabriel Leite shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Cristiano Guimarães and just under the crossbar into goal. Itaipu FPRMZ's Victor Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristiano Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Maurício Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute Victor Meira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Guimarães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Meira's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

In the 54th minute, Cacá Domingues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Décio Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Tiago Gabriel Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Cristiano Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Guimarães having to interfere. From a short distance, Itaipu FPRMZ's Victor Meira, in the 62nd minute, tried to place the ball behind Cristiano Guimarães, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. Itaipu FPRMZ's Diogo Sanches suffered a sore knee after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Luís Fernando Bittencourt hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Tiago Gabriel Leite could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Cristiano Guimarães however easily saved by the left post. 65 minutes into the match, Carambei EC's goalkeeper Cristiano Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiago Gabriel Leite. Cristiano Guimarães was a little too slow when Tiago Gabriel Leite got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 1-3. After 73 played minutes Itaipu FPRMZ got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Xavier. Cido Cerezo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute of the match Ulysses Pires sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Décio Brodel skillfully saved the ball. Victor Meira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Luís Fernando Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carambei EC's Cacá Domingues got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiago Gabriel Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Cristiano Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carambei EC's Cristiano Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Carambei EC from getting a goal against them. 92 minutes into the match, Carambei EC's goalkeeper Cristiano Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cido Cerezo. Edu Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Itaipu FPRMZ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
