Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Deivid Reis kicked off to start the match. When Silas Dracena came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Pedra Dura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silas Dracena couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guilherme Botelho in the 7th minute of play forced Pedra Dura's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Deivid Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedra Dura's Silas Dracena slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Faustão Vianna. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. In the 18th minute, Dráusio Braga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Faustão Vianna. The goal made the score 2-0. Guilherme Botelho struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Pedro Paulo Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Itamuri FC. Real Itamuri FC's Faustão Vianna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Real Itamuri FC from getting a goal against them. The attack was good, but when Silas Dracena in the 34th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Raphael Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustão Vianna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Dracena in the 42nd minute of play. If Silas Dracena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Real Itamuri FC's Eduardo Goiano got a free kick in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silas Dracena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedra Dura's Pedro Paulo Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Reis in the 54th minute of play. Faustão Vianna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Dracena in the 56th minute of play. If Valdo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Real Itamuri FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo de Barros. A collision led to Real Itamuri FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jerônimo de Barros hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes Real Itamuri FC got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Ferraz. In the 76th minute Dráusio Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustão Vianna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Silas Dracena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Paulo Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Deivid Reis's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Valdo Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Valdo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 92 minutes, Valdo Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pedra Dura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdo Leite was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Fernando Moura during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luiz Fernando Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Pedra Dura's Vladimir Paraense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Faustão Vianna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Faustão Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silas Dracena in the 97th minute of the match. Silas Dracena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Faustão Vianna having to make a save. There was no doubt that Pedra Dura were the better team. Pedra Dura's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
