After some careless play in the Liverpool FC defense, Toninho Lucas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lauro Salles. The Liverpool FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lauro Salles should have stopped the shot. In the 86th minute Tadeu Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauro Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
