Spectators: 7123 (Terracing: 5406, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 60) Régis de Queirós made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Mercedes RLL's Giuseppe Berger got a free kick in the 5th minute. Remo Luz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jano Cerezo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frederico Freitas went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 17 minutes, Magno Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soviet Attack's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magno Teles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Basílio Quadros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian de Almeida. Mercedes RLL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Basílio Quadros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, Soviet Attack's Magno Teles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian de Almeida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christian de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Teles in the 25th minute of the match. Paulo José de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Magno Teles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian de Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 31 minutes into the match, Mercedes RLL's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Toscano came free, but Christian de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Teles in the 39th minute of the match. Frederico Freitas took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jano Cerezo. Jano Cerezo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basílio Quadros to make the kick off. Frederico Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Soviet Attack getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Arthur Toscano hit a great ball. In the 61st minute Régis de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jano Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basílio Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Christian de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mercedes RLL's Christian de Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Mercedes RLL from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Régis de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mercedes RLL's supporters rose to their feet, but Régis de Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jano Cerezo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Magno Teles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soviet Attack fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Magno Teles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jano Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico Freitas in the 90th minute of the match.
