Spectators: 6653 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tarcisio Fontes kicked off to start the match. Cerobas FC's Vivaldo de Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adrianinho Ceresso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto da Fonseca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After 6 minutes, Caio Melo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pojuquinha SC and the Cerobas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Pojuquinha SC got a freekick which was hit by Caio Melo. Fausto da Fonseca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toninho Lucas in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute Tadeu Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cerobas FC's Toninho Lucas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fausto da Fonseca. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Cerobas FC defense, Jorginho Sanches kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Bittencourt. The Cerobas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Bittencourt should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute of the match Júnior de Brito shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Bittencourt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pojuquinha SC's zone, Vivaldo de Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto da Fonseca came out of the goal and Vivaldo de Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the game, Tarcisio Fontes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Rafael Bittencourt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd minute, Toninho Lucas made a precise shot to the right of Fausto da Fonseca. Pojuquinha SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 36th minute Tarcisio Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmílson Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmílson Soeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Bittencourt having to interfere. If Toninho Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Schmidt in the 46th minute of play forced Cerobas FC's goalkeeper Rafael Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júnior de Brito took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafael Bittencourt. Cerobas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Pojuquinha SC's Fausto da Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrianinho Ceresso in the 55th minute of play. Fausto da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vivaldo de Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmílson Soeiro during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th minute, Edmílson Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toninho Lucas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute Vivaldo de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tarcisio Fontes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Bittencourt was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 67th minute, Breno Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toninho Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fausto da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Lucas in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Toninho Lucas notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Pojuquinha SC's Fausto da Fonseca. Fausto da Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ernani Nóbrega kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Cerobas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
