Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Teodoro Mandrak kicked off to start the match. Jano Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Joaquim Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Elói Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ferraz FC's Tiago Gabriel Cearense got a free kick in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Ferraz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Mandrak came free, but Rodrigo de Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elói Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo de Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Joaquim Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Orico's Alexandre Cordeiro got control of the ball when Diamantino Quadros tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Orico getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Sandrinho Capixaba hit a great ball. Orico's Alexandre Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Gaúcho in the 26th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim Gaúcho in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandre Cordeiro saved Orico from getting behind. Alexandre Cordeiro came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ferraz FC's Diamantino Quadros. But to his dismay, Diamantino Quadros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 35 minutes into the game, Naldo da Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferraz FC the free kick. In the 35th minute, Naldo da Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Orico's zone, Diamantino Quadros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Cordeiro came out of the goal and Diamantino Quadros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ferraz FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. José Maria Paraense hit a great ball. Diamantino Quadros might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Cordeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diamantino Quadros ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joaquim Gaúcho was the one to do the kick off. Diamantino Quadros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Cordeiro having to interfere. Diamantino Quadros might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Cordeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diamantino Quadros ran back to his position shaking his head. After 58 minutes of play, Ferraz FC's Diamantino Quadros made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandre Cordeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Diamantino Quadros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre Cordeiro having to make a save. After 63 minutes, Sandrinho Capixaba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orico and the Ferraz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Orico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandrinho Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute of the match Tiago Gabriel Cearense sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexandre Cordeiro skillfully saved the ball. Alexandre Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Diamantino Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Ferraz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diamantino Quadros couldn't finish the play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Joaquim Gaúcho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orico's Alexandre Cordeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Orico's Naldo da Silva got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Ferraz FC booed when Orico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandrinho Capixaba didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute of the match Tiago Gabriel Cearense sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexandre Cordeiro skillfully saved the ball. Joaquim Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferraz FC's Diamantino Quadros got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Orico's Oséas Vaz got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
