The Joe Bartus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisão Arruda should have stopped the shot. Ricardo Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natã da Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Félix in the 14th minute of the match. Natã da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomé Félix in the 16th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Joe Bartus FC's Natã da Fonseca threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomé Félix, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Erivaldo Figueiredo's late challenge caught a Joe Bartus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erivaldo Figueiredo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Perebas FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Erivaldo Figueiredo hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Joaquim Novaes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Perebas FC's Natã da Fonseca didn't even have to move. Natã da Fonseca was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Tomé Félix capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomé Félix really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Duda da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Luisão Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Luís Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 45 minutes into the match, Ricardo Neto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Perebas FC's Natã da Fonseca. Natã da Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Duda da Rocha made a kick off. Ricardo Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Duda da Rocha took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Luisão Arruda to make any attempt to save it. 72 minutes into the match, Joe Bartus FC's goalkeeper Luisão Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Luís Meira. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Tomé Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joe Bartus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomé Félix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natã da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Duda da Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisão Arruda was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Tomé Félix's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natã da Fonseca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. If Duda da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Luís Meira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Luisão Arruda made a huge save. Natã da Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomé Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
