Charles Abreu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Catarinense read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rdth minute of the game Nilson Prata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nitero's Rodolfo Catarinense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charles Abreu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Rodolfo Catarinense made a huge save. Charles Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nitero's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Nilson Prata scored to the left of an out of position Rodolfo Catarinense, making the score, 1-1. Rodolfo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilson Prata in the 70th minute of the match. Rodolfo Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilson Prata in the 72nd minute of play. If Nilson Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute.
