Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manfredo Santana in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luisão Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luisão Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Fantini in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Tomé Félix dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cléber Peres, 1-0.
