With an all-out effort, Red Bull Crows's Jean Penha threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Felippe Soeiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Germano Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
