Fiori Rossi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Adelino Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Brasil having to interfere. FC Anji Makhachkala's supporters rose to their feet, but Iuri Sena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiaguinho Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
