Spectators: 5500 (Terracing: 4400, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, RUNA FC's goalkeeper Erasmo Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodriguinho de Moraes. Joaquim Paraense came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by RUNA FC's Váldson de Godoi. But to his dismay, Váldson de Godoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Washington Seco charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Washington Seco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Fabinho Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mala Preta LTDA's zone, Váldson de Godoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Paraense came out of the goal and Váldson de Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sérgio de Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Váldson de Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Paraense having to interfere. In the 25th minute Rafael Zonta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Giovanni Baptista in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RUNA FC's Henrique Camargo. Elói Sanches hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Váldson de Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Paraense having to interfere. Mala Preta LTDA were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after RUNA FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ezequiel Veiga took the corner.

When Osvaldo Ferraz fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RUNA FC's protests and gave Osvaldo Ferraz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mala Preta LTDA booed when RUNA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Ferraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erasmo Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho Barral in the 55th minute of the match. Sérgio de Moraes hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Rafael Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Váldson de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led Mala Preta LTDA's Ezequiel Veiga to fire away a dangerous shot which Erasmo Magalhães despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fabinho Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Magalhães having to interfere. Rafael Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Mala Preta LTDA's goal looked a bit too open when Váldson de Godoi came free, but Joaquim Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, RUNA FC's Cristiano Torres got a free kick in the 79th minute. Erasmo Magalhães came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Mala Preta LTDA's Fabinho Barral. But to his dismay, Fabinho Barral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 92nd minute, Váldson de Godoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquim Paraense was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. RUNA FC played a much better game than Mala Preta LTDA and deserved their victory. The Mala Preta LTDA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
