Victor Cerezo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodriguinho de Moraes went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 16th minute of the match Jefferson Leal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquim Paraense skillfully saved the ball. Mala Preta LTDA's Rodriguinho de Moraes got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute Betão Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabinho Barral to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Mala Preta LTDA got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Miranda. If Betão Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. Rodriguinho de Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Cerezo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, ALVINEGRO.LHP's Bernardinho Campidelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquim Paraense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Bernardinho Campidelis managed to get in a good position for a shot. ALVINEGRO.LHP's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardinho Campidelis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquim Paraense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Betão Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Mala Preta LTDA booed when ALVINEGRO.LHP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Campidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fabinho Barral came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Mala Preta LTDA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabinho Barral couldn't finish the play. Rodriguinho de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
