Gláuber Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gláuber Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Magalhães having to interfere. Elano Jacinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Augusto Castro having to interfere. Gláuber Veloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celsinho Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th match minute, 7th Heavens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Augusto Arce to maneuver through the defense. Sérgio Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saturno's goalkeeper José Augusto Castro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sérgio Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Magalhães having to interfere. Sérgio Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Celsinho Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, 7th Heavens's goal looked a bit too open when Gláuber Veloso came free, but Celsinho Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Saturno's Sérgio Trigo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celsinho Magalhães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

7th Heavens's Celsinho Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Veloso in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Saturno's zone, Narciso de Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Augusto Castro came out of the goal and Narciso de Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, 7th Heavens's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Trigo came free, but Celsinho Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gláuber Veloso in the 65th minute of play forced 7th Heavens's goalkeeper Celsinho Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 minutes, Carlos Augusto Arce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 7th Heavens and the Saturno players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Saturno booed when 7th Heavens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Augusto Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7th Heavens's Celsinho Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Veloso in the 69th minute of play. With a little luck, Saturno's José Augusto Castro got control of the ball when Narciso de Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sérgio Trigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celsinho Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sérgio Trigo in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celsinho Magalhães saved 7th Heavens from getting behind. José Augusto Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano Jacinto in the 82nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Saturno's zone, Narciso de Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Augusto Castro came out of the goal and Narciso de Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gláuber Veloso took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celsinho Magalhães. Celsinho Magalhães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 91stth minute of the game Gláuber Veloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 7th Heavens's Celsinho Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 91st match minute, 7th Heavens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Augusto Arce to maneuver through the defense. Celsinho Magalhães came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Saturno's Sérgio Trigo. But to his dismay, Sérgio Trigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Trigo in the 97th minute of play forced 7th Heavens's goalkeeper Celsinho Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Saturno had won after a very even match.
