After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Waldir Sarmento managed to get in a good position for a shot. BBEC's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldir Sarmento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Alberto Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to BBEC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Douglas Ribeiro hit a great ball. Carlos Alberto Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Rodrigues in the 94th minute of play.
