Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kléber Sá took the kick off in the first half of the match. Digo de Godoy charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Digo de Godoy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Morros's Mané Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Motta in the 7th minute of play. Mané Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mané Abraão came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Xv de piracicaba's Adelino Motta. But to his dismay, Adelino Motta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Matheus Cordeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Mané Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauro Amaral in the 31st minute of play. Xv de piracicaba's Paulinho Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléber Sá in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Túlio Félix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xv de piracicaba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Mané Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Motta in the 41st minute of the match. Morros's Mané Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Amaral in the 42nd minute of play. After the first half Xv de piracicaba were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lauro Amaral made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Adelino Motta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mané Abraão. The goal made the score 0-4. Mané Abraão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lauro Amaral went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Paulinho Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Sá in the 61st minute of the match. Morros's Mané Abraão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Morros from getting a goal against them. Túlio Félix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Mané Abraão made a huge save. Mané Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Motta in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Xv de piracicaba booed when Morros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamílton de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Lauro Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xv de piracicaba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lauro Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sydney Castro's late challenge caught a Xv de piracicaba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sydney Castro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute, Sydney Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lauro Amaral took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mané Abraão. Mané Abraão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After a rather tough play, Xv de piracicaba's Lauro Amaral got a free kick in the 84th minute. Mané Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Túlio Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mané Abraão came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Xv de piracicaba's Lauro Amaral. But to his dismay, Lauro Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Mané Abraão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lauro Amaral in the 91st minute. In the 95th minute, Adelino Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xv de piracicaba played a much better game than Morros and deserved their victory. The Morros players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
