After a defensive mix-up in Elite F.C's zone, Zeca Martins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Léo Hermes came out of the goal and Zeca Martins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Léo Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Batista in the 18th minute of play. Bruno Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. With his leg Léo Hermes managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when DeadPooL Best Soccer's Zeca Martins fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zeca Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 33 minutes, Zeca Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DeadPooL Best Soccer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeca Martins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elite F.C's Léo Hermes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Elite F.C from getting a goal against them. Zeca Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd match minute, Elite F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elói de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. If Alex Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emerson Macedo made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Elite F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Martins came free, but Léo Hermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeremias Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Percy Corrêa's late challenge caught a DeadPooL Best Soccer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. If Zeca Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Velasco during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 minutes of play, DeadPooL Best Soccer's Alex Batista made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Léo Hermes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elite F.C's Léo Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeca Martins in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Gil Toledo suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Luisinho Capixaba fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elite F.C's protests and gave Luisinho Capixaba a yellow card for diving instead. Luisinho Capixaba hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Elite F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Martins came free, but Léo Hermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alex Batista came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the DeadPooL Best Soccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Batista couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the DeadPooL Best Soccer players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
