In the 13th match minute, JOBSON FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Xavier to maneuver through the defense. Silas Sabóia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, JOBSON FC's Luiz Xavier got a free kick in the 16th minute. Diguinho Machado's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Duarte de Lima - 1-1 was put on the score board in the 17th minute. Dieguinho Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Valdo de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldinho Carneiro's late challenge caught a JOBSON FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osvaldinho Carneiro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tijolo getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Osvaldinho Carneiro hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Henrique Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauã Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silas Sabóia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Duarte de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dieguinho Vianna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Tijolo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldinho Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. When Henrique Domingues came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the JOBSON FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrique Domingues couldn't finish the play. Cauã Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo de Lara in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Tijolo's goalkeeper Cauã Cabral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Domingues. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo de Lara in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauã Cabral saved Tijolo from getting behind. Dieguinho Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duarte de Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Sabóia in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Tijolo's goalkeeper Cauã Cabral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Domingues. JOBSON FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
