All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Amargoso's Nicolas Lucas got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodoro Mattos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benigno Michael's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Ricardo Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Teodoro Mattos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F. C. Amargoso. After 93 played minutes F. C. Amargoso got a freekick which was hit by Kiko Neiva. If Jorge Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the F. C. Amargoso players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
