Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Murillo Marinho kicked off to start the match. Flávio Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flávio Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chapadas FC's Eliézer Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Marinho in the 9th minute of play. Eliézer Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murillo Marinho in the 10th minute of the match. Bruninho Paraense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beto Linares's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 13th match minute, Sanfogo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flávio Vidal to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Beto Linares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruninho Paraense was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After having played for 17 minutes, Murillo Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanfogo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murillo Marinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot by Cauan Hoffmann from long distance, 22 minutes into the match, got Bruninho Paraense's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 28th match minute, Chapadas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Quadros to maneuver through the defense. Gino Ramalho took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliézer Brodel. Eliézer Brodel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 35 played minutes Sanfogo got a freekick which was hit by Murillo Marinho. If Hortêncio da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gino Ramalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliézer Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murillo Marinho in the 40th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Percy Quadros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chapadas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanfogo the free kick. A collision led to Chapadas FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Percy Quadros hit a great ball. Murillo Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eliézer Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hortêncio da Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Bruninho Paraense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chapadas FC. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Hortêncio da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruninho Paraense having to interfere. Gino Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Eliézer Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emílio de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Beto Linares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chapadas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Linares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Chapadas FC's Hortêncio da Fonseca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruninho Paraense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruninho Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hortêncio da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hortêncio da Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Chapadas FC's Beto Linares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruninho Paraense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Murillo Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the game, Murillo Marinho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eliézer Brodel. Murillo Marinho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Beto Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hortêncio da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bruninho Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chapadas FC's Hortêncio da Fonseca in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sanfogo's goalie prevented a goal. After 93 played minutes Chapadas FC got a freekick which was hit by Dênis de Amorim. Murillo Marinho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 95th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
