Florianopolis Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dedê Dantas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Florianopolis Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Wilian Gaúcho came free, but Kauan Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valério Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Braga having to interfere. Nildo Sampaio's late challenge caught a Real Imirim EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nildo Sampaio helped the player get up and apologised. Nildo Sampaio kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Real Imirim EC's Dedê Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilian Gaúcho in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kauan Aparecido saved Florianopolis Fc from getting behind. After 27th play minutes Dedê Dantas shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Kauan Aparecido and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 30thth minute of the game Dedê Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florianopolis Fc's Kauan Aparecido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilian Gaúcho took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kauan Aparecido. Kauan Aparecido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Kauan Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmyr Pires in the 36th minute of play. Wilian Gaúcho kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Giovanni do Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. With a little luck, Real Imirim EC's Diamantino Braga got control of the ball when Ronaldo Fantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florianopolis Fc's Valério Toledo got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Real Imirim EC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Wilian Gaúcho hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Dedê Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Imirim EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dedê Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kauan Aparecido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florianopolis Fc's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Walmyr Pires 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. In the 61st minute, Dedê Dantas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kauan Aparecido was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. If Valério Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilian Gaúcho was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 72nd match minute, Real Imirim EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. Diamantino Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Fantini in the 74th minute of play. Ronaldo Fantini hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute Ronaldo Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudinho Zanette recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reinaldo de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Kauan Aparecido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walmyr Pires blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kauan Aparecido having to make a save. Kauan Aparecido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedê Dantas in the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Real Imirim EC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Florianopolis Fc.
