With his leg Eliézer Brodel managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Tapuirama fc's Marcelo Tepedino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcelo Tepedino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliézer Brodel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Armandinho Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
