Gustavo Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Eliézer Brodel made a huge save. 4 minutes into the game, Zé Roberto Batista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chapadas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dragon Ball Z the free kick. The supporters of Dragon Ball Z booed when Chapadas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Roberto Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tadeu Ramalho during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tadeu Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes Chapadas FC got a freekick which was hit by Emílio de Andrade. Dragon Ball Z's Hortêncio Eger got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hortêncio Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dalmo Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Dragon Ball Z's Hortêncio Eger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eliézer Brodel. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. During the 30th minute of the match Tadeu Ramalho completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tadeu Ramalho a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Tadeu Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When Chapadas FC's Hortêncio da Fonseca in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dragon Ball Z's goalie prevented a goal. After 37 played minutes Chapadas FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Vasconcelos. Hortêncio Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Eliézer Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gustavo Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Cunha to make the kick off. Eliézer Brodel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Cunha went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Gláuber Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Hortêncio Eger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute Gustavo Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliézer Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gustavo Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hortêncio da Fonseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Oswald Mahler made a huge save. After having played for 90 minutes, Gustavo Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dragon Ball Z's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Chapadas FC's zone, Hortêncio Eger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliézer Brodel came out of the goal and Hortêncio Eger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Gustavo Cunha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chapadas FC's Eliézer Brodel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Dragon Ball Z players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
