Anderson Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rdth minute of the game Raí Madureira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corupá Buffalos F.C's Cipriano Mangueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Corupá Buffalos F.C's Jerônimo de Godoi got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Raí Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Crystalina's Raí Madureira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cipriano Mangueira. Cipriano Mangueira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo de Godoi in the 42nd minute of play forced Crystalina's goalkeeper Anderson Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Maurício Reis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raí Madureira was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Reis in the 57th minute of play forced Corupá Buffalos F.C's goalkeeper Cipriano Mangueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cipriano Mangueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Reis in the 58th minute of the match. Cipriano Mangueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes into the game, Angelo Valle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Crystalina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corupá Buffalos F.C the free kick. In the 73rd minute, Angelo Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anderson Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerônimo de Godoi in the 81st minute. Cipriano Mangueira came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Crystalina's Maurício Reis. But to his dismay, Maurício Reis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Felippe Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. If Maurício Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo de Godoi in the 95th minute of play forced Crystalina's goalkeeper Anderson Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Crystalina were victorious despite being under pressure from Corupá Buffalos F.C for much of the match.
