The supporters of Timéko FC booed when Maranhão Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nelsinho Souza scored 0-7 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivo Berger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ivo Berger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nelsinho Souza's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. When the final whistle sounded Timéko FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Maranhão Futebol Clube.
