Dagoberto Hoffmann's late challenge caught a São Paulo F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dagoberto Hoffmann helped the player get up and apologised. After 2 played minutes EXTREME FC got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Hoffmann. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dagoberto Hoffmann in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisão Messias saved São Paulo F.C from getting behind. In the 5th minute, Jonas Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dagoberto Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Messias having to interfere. If Willian Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Dagoberto Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Tiaguinho Simão managed to get in a good position for a shot. São Paulo F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiaguinho Simão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Perez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiaguinho Simão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Roger Perez made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Willian Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. EXTREME FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Willian Miranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luisão Messias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 22 minutes, Wilson Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the São Paulo F.C and the EXTREME FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luisão Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Miranda in the 25th minute of play. Willian Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, São Paulo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Willian Miranda came free, but Luisão Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dagoberto Hoffmann scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luisão Messias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. São Paulo F.C's Luisão Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willian Miranda in the 38th minute of play. Luisão Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Miranda in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of EXTREME FC booed when São Paulo F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisão Messias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Willian Miranda's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After the first half EXTREME FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Willian Miranda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Luisão Messias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When EXTREME FC's Dagoberto Hoffmann in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye São Paulo F.C's goalie prevented a goal. After 66 played minutes Dagoberto Hoffmann rounded São Paulo F.C's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. In the 75th minute Dagoberto Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisão Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, EXTREME FC's Luiz Saldanha tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Willian Miranda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luisão Messias. São Paulo F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Willian Miranda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Willian Miranda struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Luisão Messias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EXTREME FC. Dagoberto Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Messias having to interfere. Roger Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiaguinho Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Willian Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over EXTREME FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than São Paulo F.C throughout the match.
