Spectators: 7177 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 90) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Betão Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Benjamim Donatello kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Betão Donato. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Betão Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Butio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Betão Freitas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute, Ramiro Queirós reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Betão Donato. The goal made the score 2-0. When Sebastião Macedo came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Fyde-FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastião Macedo couldn't finish the play. Genílson Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Ramiro Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The referee showed Genílson Vergílio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Genílson Vergílio hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Betão Freitas made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Butio's zone, Sebastião Macedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manfredo Teixeira came out of the goal and Sebastião Macedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Adilson Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fyde-FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adilson Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 59 minutes of play, Butio's Ramiro Queirós made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betão Donato was left in no man's land by his defense there! 62 minutes into the match, Fyde-FC's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Freitas came free, but Betão Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fyde-FC's Betão Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamim Donatello in the 73rd minute of play. After having played for 77 minutes, Sebastião Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fyde-FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastião Macedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
