Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Serginho Secco made the kick off and thus started the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Eriberto Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Koepsel EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th match minute, Crobas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Valle to maneuver through the defense. Cléber Vasconcelos didn't quite understand what happened when in the 8 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The audience thought a goal was coming when Váldson Alves got free with José Carlos Cardozo in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Váldson Alves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Carlos Cardozo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Faustão Mello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Váldson Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Carlos Cardozo having to interfere. José Carlos Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serginho Secco, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the game, Koepsel EC's Faustão Mello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Willian Vale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 27th play minute Váldson Alves came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised José Carlos Cardozo. 1-1. Willian Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustão Mello in the 34th minute of the match. Váldson Alvess short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got José Carlos Cardozo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faustão Mello made a kick off. Gláuber Pimenta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Willian Vale skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Crobas FC's zone, Eriberto Sousa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willian Vale came out of the goal and Eriberto Sousa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Crobas FC booed when Koepsel EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gláuber Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 played minutes Koepsel EC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Correia. If Eriberto Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willian Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustão Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Crobas FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Koepsel EC for a fine match.
