Spectators: 7245 (Terracing: 5435, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cássio da Cunha started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Goleta FC's Acácio Massa got control of the ball when Tiago Gabriel Tinoco tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Pussy booed when Goleta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Pussy's Márcio Baptista got a free kick in the 7th minute. Tiago Gabriel Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acácio Massa having to interfere. Acácio Massa made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Jânio Leite sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jânio Leite in the 22nd minute of play forced Goleta FC's goalkeeper Acácio Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acácio Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jânio Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pussy's zone, Cássio da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hílton Torres came out of the goal and Cássio da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Edvaldo Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pussy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 34th match minute, Pussy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jânio Leite to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Patrick Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pussy's goalkeeper Hílton Torres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiago Gabriel Tinoco was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Edvaldo Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pussy's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvaldo Moraes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Acácio Massa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 59 minutes, Ademar Mineiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pussy and the Goleta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes Pussy got a freekick which was hit by Ademar Mineiro. Tiago Gabriel Tinoco hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Cícero Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 minutes of play, Pussy's Edvaldo Moraes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Acácio Massa was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Edgard Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Pussy got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Baptista. Márcio Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Cássio da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goleta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cássio da Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hílton Torres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 89 played minutes Goleta FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Mazza. After 92 played minutes, Pussy's Adriano Mineiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Acácio Massa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pussy reached it. 93 minutes into the match, Goleta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jânio Leite came free, but Acácio Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pussy had won after a very even match.
