Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Rocha to make the kick off. Vitório Passos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Décio Esteves. Favela SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adalberto Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Décio Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Favela SC's Décio Esteves got control of the ball when Luiz Fabiano Meira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edmundo Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
