Gildo Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Cássio Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 7th minute, Michel Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Renato Carioca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Matorin having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Paulo Renato Carioca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nicolas Matorin, 1-0. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arrepol! Cássio Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Matorin having to interfere. Arrepol's Nicolas Matorin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Arrepol from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Arrepol's Durvalino Barros got a free kick in the 27th minute. Cássio Baptista in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicolas Matorin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nicolas Matorin was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Augusto de Brito capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Augusto de Brito really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. When Paulo Renato Carioca came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Maceió AZP Crabs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Renato Carioca couldn't finish the play. Jonas Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gildo Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Maceió AZP Crabs's goal looked a bit too open when Gildo Novaes came free, but Jonas Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Cássio Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Matorin having to interfere. Augusto de Brito hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Amadeu Rocha hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Nicolas Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Maceió AZP Crabs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Natã Simão in the 66th minute. A collision led to Arrepol getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Luís Paulo Silva hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Maceió AZP Crabs's Natã Simão tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nicolas Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Baptista in the 76th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Paulo Renato Carioca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maceió AZP Crabs's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Renato Carioca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Matorin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 90 minutes, Cássio Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maceió AZP Crabs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cássio Baptista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Rui Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute of the match Maceió AZP Crabs got a corner. Arrepol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Natã Simão ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Maceió AZP Crabs's Natã Simão to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicolas Matorin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Maceió AZP Crabs had played much better football throughout.
