Itaum's supporters rose to their feet, but Nando Capixaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute, Helmet HC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nando Capixaba fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Abel Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafinha Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafinha Goiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nando Capixaba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Rafinha Goiano, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 53 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Abel Correia was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Rafinha Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of Helmet HC booed when Itaum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diamantino Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clóvis Martins during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 99th minute Itaum were awarded a corner. Ademar Toledo went to the cornerflag to take it. Ademar Toledo made a great header on Itaum's corner, it was just that Helmet HC's Abel Correia managed to reach the ball for a save. Itaum walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
