With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Magalhães in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Naldo França saved Itamaraju from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Magalhães in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naldo França prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Itamaraju booed when Lobos Guara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléberson Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genílson de Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lobos Guara FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dorival Neves was slow to take the kick. During this time Itamaraju's players had a chance to rest. Itamaraju's Dorival Neves was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Genílson de Castro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dorival Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genílson de Castro having to interfere. Samuel Magalhães had several of the Itamaraju's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Naldo França as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Samuel Magalhães took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Naldo França to make any attempt to save it. Rony de Senna's late challenge caught a Lobos Guara FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rony de Senna helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lobos Guara FC booed when Itamaraju was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Rony de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itamaraju's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rony de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jeremias Valladares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niklas Österlund to make the kick off. Jeremias Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 54 played minutes Lobos Guara FC got a freekick which was hit by Ademar Machado. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Samuel Magalhães sped through Itamaraju's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Naldo França. 62 minutes into the match, Itamaraju's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Magalhães came free, but Naldo França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Naldo França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Naldo França dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. If Samuel Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th minute, Cléberson Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lobos Guara FC's Samuel Magalhães in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
