Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cleiton Paraense kicked off to start the match. Pirapiringa EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manhumirim FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pirapiringa EC's Anselmo Silva got a free kick in the 6th minute. Vicente Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisão Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmo Silva got his second yellow card in the match during the 8th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Vicente Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belmiro Prata in the 10th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natanael de Almeida in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente Mendes saved Pirapiringa EC from getting behind. Belmiro Prata who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Vicente Mendes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 16th minute, Manhumirim FC's Belmiro Prata dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vicente Mendes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pedro Paulo Bittencourt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdir Pernambucano having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Belmiro Prata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Vicente Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Belmiro Prata was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Manhumirim FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Vicente Mendes was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Natanael de Almeida capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Natanael de Almeida really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Mathias Carvalho's late challenge caught a Pirapiringa EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mathias Carvalho helped the player get up and apologised. Gláuber Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Vicente Mendes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gláuber Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Luisão Félix dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vicente Mendes, 4-0. Luisão Félix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Vicente Mendes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Natanael de Almeida made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Belmiro Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manhumirim FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belmiro Prata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pirapiringa EC's zone, Natanael de Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Mendes came out of the goal and Natanael de Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belmiro Prata in the 54th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Natanael de Almeida in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Mendes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Luisão Félix came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Manhumirim FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisão Félix couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute Natanael de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdir Pernambucano was a little too slow when Bruno Loureiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 4-1. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pirapiringa EC's goalkeeper Vicente Mendes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pirapiringa EC's Vicente Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belmiro Prata in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Manhumirim FC's Luisão Félix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vicente Mendes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Natanael de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manhumirim FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Natanael de Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Mendes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the game, Belmiro Prata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Vicente Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76thth minute of the game Natanael de Almeida who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirapiringa EC's Vicente Mendes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Belmiro Prata scored 6-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Mendes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manhumirim FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
