José Maria Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Erivaldo Cruz sent off a good shot on target. Fernandinho Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Secco having to interfere. Botashow's Geraldo Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandrinho Sá in the 28th minute of play. José Maria Tinoco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but José Maria Rocha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 42 minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandrinho Sá made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Águia Dourada F.C.'s Sandrinho Sá sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geraldo Secco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Botashow defense, Fernandinho Ceresso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geraldo Secco. The Botashow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geraldo Secco should have stopped the shot. José Maria Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Rocha in the 58th minute of play. Botashow's Geraldo Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandinho Ceresso in the 60th minute of play. If Fernandinho Ceresso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th match minute, Botashow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisão Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. Geraldo Secco made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Luís Eduardo Maciel sent off a good shot on target. Botashow's Geraldo Secco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Botashow from getting a goal against them. The Águia Dourada F.C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Botashow from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
