Alfredinho Ramalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Duarte Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Germano Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BZ FC! In the 30th minute there was a penalty for ROS FC. Ciro Freitas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Duarte Tinoco. 1-1. Carlos Alberto Siqueira made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Gilberto de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucas Vides during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. ROS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Allan Saldanha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st play minute Tales Simões came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Duarte Tinoco. 2-2. Alfredinho Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Alberto Siqueira having to interfere. After 98 played minutes Allan Saldanha rounded BZ FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ROS FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
